Sugar futures up as government allows sugar export
New Delhi, Jun 29 (PTI) Sugar prices rose by Rs 28 to Rs 2,757 per quintal in futures trading today on speculators creating fresh positions after allowing of sugar export by the government.At the National Commodity Derivatives Exchange, sugar for delivery in July rose by Rs 28, or 1.03 per cent, to Rs 2,757 per quintal, with an open interest of 41,380 lots.Similarly, the sweetener for delivery ...
